Assalaam-o-Alaikum
I need to have the Shariat's answer for the division of the heir left over in the family. The heir left by father is to be divided among the family. The details of the family is:AliveFour sons, One daughterDeadTwo sons who were not married and had no children. One daughter who left one son and who is alive. One daughter who left two sons and four daughters and who are all alive. My question are:1. How many shares will be there?2. How will be the shares divided among the family and with what ratio?3. Will there be any share for the DEAD sons and daughter's family as described above?

The total value of the whole property of the deceased may divided into 9 equal parts for distribution as under:(1) Each son shall get 2 parts, and then 4 equal sons shall inherit 2*4 i.e. 8 parts.(2) The ung alive daughter shall get the remaining one part. The distribution above is valued provided the rest of the son and died during the life-time of the father, and that there is none after heir-afferement : otherwise the share of the deceased heirs can only be determined after knowing the exact date of the death of the father and the deceased individual.
