Assalaam-o-Alaikum
I was engaged about two weeks back and I would be having my “Nikah” in March Insha-Allah. I know that it is not right for a person to touch a ‘Na-Mahram' woman. What I want to ask is that is that what is the exact Islamic order about my talking to her on the phone?

Reference your query dated 03-01-2002. talking with proposed lady who is not yet in your Nikah is not allowed without very urgent purpose.
